Houston Hawley

Houston Hawley, a 2009 Apex High School graduate, was a standout three-sport athlete excelling in football, baseball, and basketball. As quarterback, he led the football team to three straight state playoffs, earning All-Conference honors and the “Offensive Player of the Year” award. In baseball, Houston was a key pitcher, helping secure the 2008 Conference Championship and leading the team to three consecutive third-round playoff appearances. He earned multiple All-Conference selections and team awards, including “Most Valuable Player” as a senior. Houston’s academic prowess matched his athletic achievements, with seven Academic All-Conference selections. He continued his athletic career at Cornell University, contributing to the baseball team’s first Ivy League Championship and NCAA Tournament Regional appearance. After graduating from Cornell and later earning an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Houston now resides in Raleigh with his wife Lindsay and their son, born in March 2024.
